Ricky began restoring vehicles with his Grandfather at the age of 15, starting with a 1960 MGA Roadster. Since then he has trained and worked at one of the largest repair shops in the country for a number of years in his late teens, had further training with Mercedes Benz UK, running their mobile paint department in the South-East of England.

Autoprep  has been running in Thanet and the surrounding areas for the past 12  years and has a very respectable and loyal client base of retail customers, garages and company fleets that the team goes to great lengths to look after. Over recent years the team at Autoprep has grown and is well oiled with many more years experience in addition.
